I help you evaluate cap rate and net operating income, verify leases and expenses, check zoning and permitted uses with the municipality, and coordinate financing, environmental and inspection due diligence — so the property performs the way the spreadsheet says it should.

Selling Commercial Property

Good commercial listings are priced from verified income and marketed to the right pool of buyers. I prepare an income-based valuation, package the financials buyers and lenders ask for, and reach local and overseas investor networks through RE/MAX and my own channels in English and Chinese.
